Crystal T8 Bluetooth Review
I recently had the opportunity to try out the Crystal T8 Bluetooth earbuds, and I must admit, these earbuds far surpassed my expectations in terms of audio quality, comfort, and overall performance. Although it must be said that initially, given their reasonably budget price point and some questionable English text in the packaging, my expectations were not particularly high. The first impression is that the earbuds radiate a trendy and modern vibe, confirming the younger target audience. The buds look like they might fall out of their case easily, but the magnetic slots they fit into holding are more than sufficient keep them secure. For extra peace of mind, the rubber protective jacket for the case that’s included can be slid round to part cover the earbuds – although I’m not at all sure that it was designed for that.

The charging case also includes a rubber necklace/lanyard, which, along with the magnetic slots, makes the unit as a whole very convenient in applications where you might be using the earbuds from time to time, but not constantly. It saves a lot of faffing around trying to find the case in pockets and bags. A great feature of the
charging case is the clear battery life indicator on the front, allowing users to check the battery status at a glance. The charging case itself, when fully charged, can significantly extend the playtime before a plug-in charge is needed. The charging cable is USB to USB-C but there is no plug included. The connectivity setup is extremely straightforward, involving an initial pairing process. Subsequently, as long as you’re using the same device, the earbuds connect upon waking up. The
downside is that they do not have wear sensors, although they do of course know when they’ve been put back in their case.
One notable aspect is the comfort and secure fit of the earbuds within the ears, ensuring enjoyable listening during extended sessions. The lightweight design adds to the comfort, almost allowing you to forget that they’re in your ears.
In terms of audio experience, the Crystal T8 earbuds deliver satisfactory sound quality and ample volume. While audiophiles would critique the audio balance, and the lack of active noise cancellation (ANC) is a downside for those who require pure sound, they do come with good environmental noise cancellation (ENC), which means they offer very decent clarity. The touch controls on the earbuds
are sensitive and reliable, and the built- in microphone functions more than adequately.
In conclusion, the Crystal T8 Bluetooth earbuds are for the casual user and do the job well within their price point.
