FEATURE
Our finance team, including our new Finance Director, who comes from a retailer/hospitality background, will be present and eager to support retailer plans. We are launching schemes to spread the cost of capital investments such as battery cabinets, parts washers and workshop fitouts, as well as initiatives to support stock funding, particularly for in-store bike displays. Customer care will be on hand, along with the e-commerce team to discuss B2B, Freewheel and broader web services. Operational staff will also be available to talk through how autonomous mobile robots will soon be working in our warehouse.
The Association of Cycle Traders and The Bicycle Association of Great Britain will also be located in the Business Lounge to talk about the E-bike Positive Campaign and all the other services they provide to the industry.
Madison invests heavily in running these two shows. If a retailer chooses not to attend, what is the single greatest once you arrive, the event costs you nothing to experience and the commercial advantages are proven year after year. Every retailer is a valued part of our community, regardless of size or focus. iceBike* is built for everyone, whether you’re exploring new opportunities or looking to scale. There is also no “hard sell”.
At iceBike* 2026, you can: Explore our full brand portfolio, with significant “newness”, and also see our new product customisation service.
Meet your sales manager and promoter team, whose role is to support your business, not just take orders.
Learn how to elevate your store or workshop with merchandising, training, technology and services.
Speak to other retailers who have grown by expanding their brand mix and leaning into our support.
Spend relaxed, quality time with the Madison team to explore ideas and build stronger relationships.
And most importantly, give yourself dedicated time to think about your business and where it can go.
Attending iceBike* is an investment in yourself and in the future of your business.
But I’d also really encourage you to bring your staff too, if
you can. It’s a genuine investment in them. They will come away with more knowledge, more confidence and more enthusiasm. That energy will translate directly into customer engagement and sales back in your store. Every year, we hear from retailers who say bringing their team was one of the most valuable aspects of the show.
What is the long-term vision for iceBike*? As the industry continues to evolve, how do you see iceBike* adapting to remain relevant? Staying relevant means continuous evolution, for our customers and us. The economic climate demands it, and so does the industry. If we don’t adapt, we fail. 2027 marks Madison’s 50th anniversary, and we already have plans for how to celebrate that milestone. Of course, iceBike* will be central to the celebrations, and we see it evolving alongside our investment in infrastructure, automation, AI, and deepening partnerships with customers. In the short term, iceBike* 2026 is going to be a corker: our
strongest brand line-up, most new product since Covid, best layout and programme since we began.
Miss it and miss out. you there.
