Q: How did it feel to be named Sales Rep of the Year? IT: I personally felt very honoured and privileged just to be nominated for this prestigious award, so then to go on and win, it was a very proud moment for me.

Unfortunately I couldn’t attend the Awards due

to family commitments but I was very grateful that Shaun English, BSH Independent Retail Director, attended and collected the award on my behalf. I was thrilled when he informed me of our success.

Q: Why do you think you won?

IT: I’ve been covering the area for a number of years with BSH, and so that’s allowed me to build very strong relationships with my customers. For me to win this award shows that this relationship is reciprocated, which is great.
