ERT AWARDS 2024

Sales Excellence Award Winner: Bill Radford-Earle,

28

Martins of Hawkhurst “I was absolutely stunned to hear my name called as the winner of the Sales Excellence Award at the ERT Awards this year,” says Bill Radford-Earle. “It was a moment of pure disbelief and overwhelming joy. I couldn’t have imagined that my efforts would be recognised in such a significant way!” Mr Radford-Earle has been working at Martins of Hawkhurst for almost seven years. He was nominated for this award by the company Owner, John Martin, who said in the entry statement: “Bill is a fantastic team player, always willing to help colleagues and readily adapting to new challenges. His dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable, and he perfectly embodies the spirit of this sales skill. He regularly goes above and beyond to resolve complex issues for customers, resulting in glowing reviews and a significant increase in customer satisfaction.” Mr Radford-Earle wasn’t aware that he’d been nominated for this award, so when the finalists were announced it was a complete surprise. Then, being named the winner was an unforgettable experience, he says… “I believe my dedication and unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients set me apart from the other nominees. It’s always been my goal to go above and beyond, and I’m honoured that this was acknowledged by the ERT Awards judging panel. “My trophy now sits
