The enclosure interior air may also be cooled to below the level of the external temperature by using cooling water and air/water heat exchangers. The waste heat from the enclo- sure does not raise the temperature of the ambient air, provided the heat exchanger and cold water supply system are spatially sepa- rated from one another.
