Leading commercial property consultants celebrate promotions
National commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) continues to recognise talent in the Milton Keynes team with the announcement of a number of promotions. Tom Harker, LSH’s senior Offi ce Advisory agent
in Milton Keynes has been promoted to Director, while Bradley Swingler and Raja Saleem from LSH’s Building Consultancy team have been promoted to Associate Director and Senior Surveyor respectively. T e promotions follow the success of Tom Blason, who qualifi ed as a Chartered Building Surveyor after passing his Assessment of Professional Competence in December 2021. Speaking of the promotions, Dudley Cross,

Operations Director for Building Consultancy in April, has spent more than 25 years with LSH where he has progressed through the business, joining as a graduate in Northampton back in 1996. In his new role, Dudley is responsible for the delivery of LSH’s building consultancy off ering across the UK from the fi rm’s 32 regional offi ces. Dudley added: “LSH continues to off er our clients
market leading professional advice, obtaining results across all service lines. From the initial input of our transactional teams, where market intelligence from agents on the ground such as Tom, who are supported by our central research team, ensure that our clients obtain the best outcome from any property acquisition or disposal.
