Partnership’s comprehensive
private wealth offering
Caves & Sons, the wealth manager and independent fi nancial advisory (IFA) fi rm, have partnered with MHA MacIntyre Hudson to strengthening its suite of tax, advisory and wealth services for high- net-worth clients. Following the deal, which has been approved by the Financial
Conduct Authority (FCA), Cave & Sons will be renamed MHA Caves Wealth to refl ect its ties to MHA MacIntyre Hudson. T e deal will form the basis of a lasting partnership, with MHA Caves Wealth’s investment managers and fi nancial advisers collaborating with MHA MacIntyre Hudson’s private wealth client teams across the latter fi rm’s network of regional offi ces. MHA Caves Wealth will continue to serve all its existing clients while forming a core part of MHA MacIntyre Hudson’s comprehensive private wealth off ering. MHA MacIntyre Hudson and Cave & Sons are responding to
