thing less strenuous there is always yoga, Pilate's, tai chi or aquarhyth- mics at the above centres. Staff working for the Trust are


as professional as they cotne, hav­ ing been trained to Level 3 standard which means they are also qualified to offer personal training. The state-of-the-art fitness suites


are managed by motivated and en­ thusiastic fitness instructors who of­ fer personal fitness programmes and health checks - so whatever your tar­ get they can help you achieve your end goal at your pace. But if you need motivation there

teaching plan and lessons are taught by quali­ fied swimming instructors. The Activo membership is the premium ac­
