Reflecting your legacy

DENNIS MARCHIORI, D.C., Ph.D. (`90) CHANCELLOR AND CEO, PALMER COLLEGE OF CHIROPRACTIC

Legacy isn’t something we preserve behind glass. It’s something we build on every day through collaborative action and excellence in all we do. Every adjustment made, every student mentored, and every barrier broken by a Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate adds to a powerful, living history that stretches back more than 125 years. That legacy is what made this moment possible. As you open this issue of Palmer Proud,

you may be seeing for the first time a bold new visual identity for the College. It’s part of a new brand that reflects the strength of our foundation and the promise of our future. This refresh is not a departure from who we are. It’s a reflection of everything Palmer has been, shaped by the thousands of alumni who have advanced the profession and carried our mission into their communities around the world. As a College, we approached this evolution with deep respect for the people and values that built Palmer. Alumni voices were central in shaping this design, just as they continue to shape the College’s future. You’ll see that influence in the clean, confident lines of the new look — and in the stories shared in these pages.

We’ve devoted an entire section of this issue to our brand promise built on our shared values, sense of belonging, and quality experience that define Palmer. You’ll also learn about the big vision that’s shaping our Port Orange campus for today’s students; we’ll reveal this year’s Palmer College Alumni Award recipients and newest Fellows; you’ll hear from a current student who is already taking center stage in the world of chiropractic research; and, well… I won’t spoil the rest. The fact, as these stories prove, is that Palmer

is more than a place. It’s a movement, a mission, and a community that you’ve helped build. It’s how we say: we are proud of where we come from, and we are ready for what’s next. Thank you for all the ways you’ve helped write

Palmer’s story, and for the role you continue to play in our future.
