XylemWater Solutions launches UK OEMCentre of Excellence

TheAxminsterCoE creates a focussed teamof expertswith decades of experience in understanding Xylemcustomers’specific requirements and providingOEMadded- value bespoke products.This new developmentwill take Xylem’s customer support to the next level in terms of the customisation of solutions, based on each customer’s requirements, all configured and shippedwithin expedited timescales to give a true partnership experience. Xylem’s Axminster CoE will enable full local assembly and a dedicated teamof engineers who will work on prototypes and, when approved, full productionmodels. Specialist facilities will ensure all OEM configured products are fully tested whilst qualified technical engineers will be dedicated to OEMquoting, including drawings, specifications, order entry and constructing Bills ofmaterials. Xylem’s internal sales team, highly skilled in managing complex OEMcall of orders, will ensure just in timemodels run by OEM’s run smoothly tomaximise production capacity for customer.
