By the early 1980’s with 2 decades of collecting behind me a second disappointment collection. A new horizon became available as I began to collect glass insulators from outside of North America, with new discoveries being made along with prices being favorable. In getting serious in this endeavor, I contacted numerous collectors who traveled to foreign countries wherein new CD’s would be acquired sometimes a dozen at a time.
