Other rare items (not pictured) were an olive-ish yellow green PRR CD 191, an emerald green CD191, and two more emerald green 191s with their aqua bases! PRR tramps are rarely seen even in PRR territory. I personally had only seen two complete aqua (the more “common” color of these rare gems) sets until this show. So while having just one PRR tramp at a show is unusual, the fact that at this show there were two complete tramps plus two extra tops, with all the tops being the more rare green color, is just unheard of.

Get to a show... it’s amazing what can happen! I know Gus and Deb would love to see YOU visit all of us at the 2019 Mechanicsburg CBIC show.

As a closing note, this will be the last entry of East Coast Echoes, and I want to express a heartfelt thank you to Howard and Lin for allowing me the opportunity to have this column and share some of the incredible times we East coast collectors have had together. My hopes are that some collectors have been inspired to visit shows through the great times that have been represented in this column. I wish all the best for Shaun as he pioneers a new CJOW.

My thanks also goes to all of those friends who helped me make such wonderful memories at the shows and also to those who have read/enjoyed this column. May God bless all of you.
