Juggling being mother to two small boys; wife to talented local singer/songwriter Ben, and her freelance marketing consultancy, Leanne spent 18 months acquiring the necessary knowledge. “At Barnaby’s Brewhouse Ltd I learnt how to cook and ferment the potatoes to create the all-important mash in a process similar to brewing, and then the Devon Distillery team taught me the intricacies of small batch distillation. I am so grateful to both for their support and sharing their expertise.”
