E-bikes make pedalling easier so you can go further afield and tackle the rolling hills, enjoy the moorland and explore the coastal trails in a cleaner, greener way.
It’s a pleasure One of the first surprises people get when they try e-biking is how much fun it is, with regular comments, ‘it’s like a conventional bike but better’. There’s an e-bike for pretty much every type of terrain. You get to explore the beautiful countryside without the hassle of climbing off and pushing your bike up hill when the going gets tough. It’s not cheating E-cycling doesn’t mean you don’t exercise. You still have to pedal, it’s just that your pedalling can be assisted as and when needed. It feels like someone is giving you a bit of a push on the difficult bits, so you can zip up the steep Devon hills but you’re still exercising, breathing in fresh air and taking in the scenery. It’s for all abilities E-biking is not restrictive to ability but you do need to be 14+ to ride an e-bike. It’s a perfect way for the whole family to spend the days exploring. We have child seats for younger children and all the necessary safety equipment for the family. E-bikes are increasingly popular with the over 50’s market, so don’t forget to bring the grandparents, they’ll love it too. It’s greener E-transport is undoubtedly the way forward and we’re glad to be part of a cleaner, greener future. E-bikes
are classified as zero emissions vehicles because they use electric power and human power to push them forward. We plan to extend our range to include e-scooters, e-motorbikes and hopefully more in time. It’s a comprehensive service Whether you’re on holiday or you live here, we’re a dedicated e-bike centre offering a wide variety of hire options to help you get the most out of exploring the area. We also have a range of e-bikes for sale in our showroom if you’d like to buy your own. Plus our workshop provides servicing and repair for all types of e-bikes. We currently offer three different
types of e-bikes for hire on a half-daily (call us for availability), daily, weekly or longer basis. These include our fantastic unisex step-thru Corratec bikes, rugged
mountain bikes and our premium Rayvolt Clubman e-bikes. You can hire direct from our hire centre if you have suitable transport or we can deliver the e-bikes to your home or holiday accommodation and you can also hire a bike rack if you want to go further afield. We also offer a small number of regular, non-electric bicycles to hire for under 14’s. Sales: Visit our showroom in Churchstow, just outside Kingsbridge to see, feel and try out a comprehensive range of e-bikes to suit pretty much every need. We aim to have at least 10 different bikes for sale at any time from Corratec, EBCO, Furo Systems, Gepida, E-GO, Rayvolt and we plan to expand this over time.
