from a PFI contract to ensure continuity of service provision, and ongoing estate management and decarbonisation initiatives. The IHEEM Diversity & Inclusion Working

Group will hold a panel discussion on this theme, discussing ‘The Inclusive Ceiling’, while Michelle Evans from Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and Mark Nugent from Medical Architecture will share lessons learned from the process of amalgamating data for multiple buildings within a Trust to enable a strategic overview of the estate. Further lessons learned from the estates setting will be shared by Rebecca Bridger from Hatching Ideas, and Gill Stafford of Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust on the development of a hard FM service delivery model. Rebecca Bridger features again in a presentation with Pat Keeling from Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust, discussing a blueprint approach that has been endorsed by NHS England of how Trusts should grow, develop, and retain, their FM workforce. Carl-Magnus von Behr from the

University of Cambridge will present the findings of a three-year study into peer knowledge-sharing for cross- organisational and regional collaboration initiatives.
