Procedure: PART A: Mix all ingredients 1 to 4 and heat to 65-70°C. In a separate vessel mix PART B ingredients, heat to 65-70°C with mixing. Add PART B to PART A with good mixing, maintaining temperature of 65-70°C for initial mixing. Remove heat and mix until uniform. Start cooling to room temperature with mixing. Add PART C ingredients to the batch one at a time in the order listed. Mix until
