Procedure: Disperse Veegum and Keltrol in water and add other phase A ingredients and heat to 70-80˚C. Prepare phase B in a separate vessel and heat to 70-80˚C under gentle mixing. Add phase B into phase A and homogenise. Cool under high speed stirring. Add phase C at 45˚C under same speed
