Procedure: Cool down Part B till 10°C. Add Part A to Part B under stirring in cold water bath (takes around 2-3 hours). Continue stirring until all the Synperonic PE/F87 flakes are dissolved. Add Part C to the mixture. Once a uniform phase is obtained add Part D and keep stirring. Keep the formulation at 8-10°C overnight. Properties: Appearance: Clear, viscous gel (at RT); pH: 6.73 ± 0.5; Viscosity: Viscous gel Stability: 1 month at 50 °C, 3 months at 45°C, 25 °C, 4 °C.
