Procedure: Combine Part A ingredients in main beaker and heat to 70-75°C and mix with overhead mixer. In separate beaker, combine Part B ingredients and heat to 70-75°C and mix until uniform. Once Part A and B reach 70-75°C, add Part B into Part A and mix for 5-7 minutes. Add Part C into Part A/B and continue mixing for a few minutes. Change to side sweep and cool to 40°C. Add Part D once it cools to 40°C. Adjust the pH if necessary. Properties: Appearance: White thick cream; pH: 6.20 ± 0.5; Viscosity: 32500 ±10% (T-C Spindle, 10rpm, 1 min.) Stability: 1 month at 50°C, 12 weeks at RT, 40°C, 45°C, and 5X-24 hours freeze thaw cycles Suppliers:
