COMPANY PROFILE Innovacos

Innovacos designs and manufactures innovative cosmetic ingredients to fulfill the needs of formulators in their quest to develop sophisticated products in response of the continuously growing awareness of modern consumers. Our highly trained group of chemists and cell biologists has undertaken the task of investigating the benefits of various raw materials collected from around the World. Once evaluated they have begun designing and engineering them into novel and functional cosmeceutical ingredients. The range of ingredients covers all cosmetic applications and targets a myriad of biological mechanisms supporting skin health and appearance as well as formulation texture and functionality. Innovacos brings natural answers for life. Our company philosophy is revealed by our logo, representing the three additive primary colors blue, green and

red that also evokes fundamental elements such as water, plants and energy, respectively. When optically combined in equal intensities, those primary colors form a bright white light. This phenomenon is meant to be symbolized by our logo as a skillful combination between fundamental elements or primary biomasses creating-innovating-functional cosmetic ingredients. In the last year, we have been forced to change our hygiene and skin care habits, often with negative consequences for the skin. The frequent use of skin sanitizer and cleansing products is causing several disorders, just like skin barrier disruption, dehydration and irritation. Unfortunately, a compromised skin barrier is a source of pathogen access. For this reason, restoring the skin barrier function is as important as disinfecting the skin. Innovacos carries the ingredient lines Actives and Formulience, offering several skin care solutions, suitable also for this particular period, without giving up the sensory aspect. • Activoil™ Echnidium ZRO shows a protective action in reducing the aggressiveness of alcohol-based sanitizer and strong cleansing products on the skin.

• Bioptimized™ Guava, Regenesea™ LS and innollient™ LO promote skin hydration and resiliency. • PolyAquol™ 2W combines its emulsifying properties and sensory profile with skin benefits, protecting the skin barrier function and restoring the right balance of the cutaneous microflora. • PolyAquol™ LW can create light and fluid O/W emulsions and in special conditions can tolerates high level of Alcohol. • PolyAquol™ OS2 creates pleasant W/O emulsions, able to nourish the skin and lips, keeping them hydrated and soft. • PolyAquol™ VO4 creates elegant W+O fusion emulsions, restoring the right hydro-lipid balance of the skin, thanks to the high water content.

The synergy between our Actives and Formulience ingredients is demonstrated with some formulations shown here.
