Procedure: Heat phase A to 75 °C while stirring slowly. Heat phase B to 75 °C, add phase B to phase A and homogenise under vacuum for 5 minutes. Cool down while stirring. At 45 °C, add phase C to phase AB while stirring slowly. At 40 °C, add phase D to the mixture ABC while stirring slowly. Cool down to room temperature while stirring slowly. Properties: Appearance: O/W, white Viscosity: 100000 cPs (BRK HP 95, 20 °C, 1.5 rpm, torque 32%) pH value: 5.0–5.5 (original) Centrifuge: passed (20‘, 3000 rpm)
