Procedure: Combine all ingredients. Melt at 80-85°C and mix until uniform. Pour into containers at approximately 80°C and cool. Procedure: Combine Phase A ingredients and heat to 80 – 85°C with mixing. Combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 80 – 85°C with mixing. Once both Phases are at temperature, add Phase B to Phase A and increase mixing speed.When emulsion is smooth, *check pH and adjust if necessary. Add Phase C at 55°C or under. Cool to 45°C or under with mixing and pour into containers. Properties: Three months at room temperature, three months at 45°C, three freeze/thaw cycles. pH 5-6.
