Procedure: In main beaker, combine Phase A ingredients and heat to 78 – 80°C. In another beaker, combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 80°C and mix until clear and uniform. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A and mix for 15 minutes or until emulsification is complete using medium speed propeller mixing. Begin cooling batch. At 35 - 40°C, add Phase C ingredients and mix well. Continue cooling. Cool to ambient temperature. Package in suitable containers. Properties: pH: 4.6 – 5.0 Viscosity: LV T #4 @ 30 rpm 3,000 – 4,000 cps Suppliers: : 1. Sonneborn Inc.

Procedure: In main beaker, combine Phase A ingredients and heat to 80°C with low speed propeller mixing. Mix until clear and all solids have melted. In another beaker combine Phase B ingredients and mix until a smooth paste is obtained. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A and mix at medium speed until smooth and uniform. Add Phase C ingredients, mixing well after each addition. Begin cooling. Pour into suitable containers at 55°C-60°C.
