When I met James Illingworth and Martin Britton, they made me feel at home straight away.
When I started, I had some knowledge about compliance, and the GLI team has taught me so much since then. I am always impressed with the knowledge level at GLI. It was the best choice.
What keeps me going at GLI first and foremost are my managers James Illingworth and Chris Davies. I feel like they believe in me. Tey give me so much trust and this encourages me to repay them by working to achieve my monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals. Tey made me fall in love with GLI, so I treat it like it's my own company.

As soon as I joined GLI, I immediately I felt part of the team, and knew it was a big opportunity to learn more about technical compliance and what is needed to work in regulated markets.
It’s easy to think “Once we have a good product everything will be easy.” However, regulation varies country by country and some of them have regulations per region, which makes everything more specific and sometimes quite complex.
Sometimes people ask me, “What certificate do I need to be accredited in Europe, or the USA?” … I wish it were that easy, but the regulatory landscape is complex, as jurisdictions seek to balance the public trust and local policy objectives.
Te good news is, the team at GLI is always here to support them and guide them about what to do.
Tis is one of GLIs big strengths: We are always at the forefront with
new customers for GLI, then I take care of their onboarding and guide them in all phases of certification together with my wonderful technical team. I am here to make my clients' lives easier. I am their main contact at GLI, so I address all questions and information to the right people at GLI.
I love that my job allows me to travel all over Europe and see new places. I also love working with my clients and appreciate the trust they place in me. I now get recognised when I go to conferences, and my face is associated with GLI, which I am very proud of. When I see my clients grow, it gives me a lot of satisfaction. Te more they grow, the more we grow.
Lastly, I love working with my colleagues. We are a truly beautiful team, made up of wonderful people. Tere is no money that can buy these things. GLI invests in us and takes time to train us and give us all the support possible to work. It's the best working environment I've ever worked in and the company is solid and very structured. Plus, we are a big family, and this is priceless.
