Stars Descend on Fontainebleau Las Vegas
California - Hard Rock Tejon breaks ground Hard Rock International and the Tejon Indian Tribe celebrated the groundbreaking of the long-awaited hotel and casino located at Hwy. 166 and Sabodan Road West of the community of Mettler, California on Tejon Tribal land. The celebration featured a commemorative shovel groundbreaking with Hard Rock representatives, Tejon Indian Tribe leadership and general membership plus statewide and local community leaders.
The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tejon will be more than 700,000 square feet of which 150,000 square feet will be gaming space, featuring 2,500 of the most popular slots, 48 table games, and video poker and will be the second closest class III casino to Los Angeles. Multiple dining options, including a signature Hard Rock Cafe and fine dining restaurant Council Oak Steaks and Seafood, a Rock Shop, and much more will be included in phase one.
Rounding out the second phase will be a 400-room hotel, additional fine dining, pool, spa, cigar lounge and 2,800 seat live event venue. Phase one is expected to be completed in 22 months.
Canada - PointsBet collaborates with Strive PointsBet has entered into a long-term collaboration with Strive Gaming in a strategic move poised to amplify growth within the competitive Canadian iGaming sector. The deal is designed to bolster PointsBet’s internal capabilities, complementing its existing technology stack.

17 years in the making, the $3.7bn 67-story Fontainebleau Las Vegas finally opened with a star-studded opening ceremony.
Stars such as Cher, Tom Brady, Sylvester Stallone, Eva Longoria, Bryan Cranston, Alice Cooper and Lenny Kravitz flocked to the opening of Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the tallest casino resort on the Las Vegas Strip, which has been some 17 years in the making.
At a cost of $3.7bn, the 67-story property opened with 3,644 hotel rooms, 36 bars and restaurants, 1,300 slots and 128 table games. With work starting on the casino in 2007, it has stood 70 per cent completed since 2009 as a symbol of the Great Recession as funding fall flat. Several changes in ownership sparked false dawn after false dawn for the project until its original pioneer, Jeffery Soffer, the Miami-based Chairman of Fontainebleau Development, successfully got hold of it again in 2021 and finally brought it to fruition.

In a prelude to one of Las Vegas' most anticipated grand openings, Fontainebleau Las Vegas hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony on December 13, hours before the resort's public debut. New York Turning Stone launches TS Sports at three casinos
Turning Stone Enterprises will continue the evolution of its sports betting experience when all three of its sportsbooks officially changed to TS Sports. Te new sportsbooks will debut at Turning Stone’s newest venue, NY Rec & Social Club, as well as YBR Casino & Sports Book and Point Place Casino.
In 2019, Turning Stone Enterprises launched a marketing partnership with Caesars Sportsbook to be among the first locations in the state to offer in-person sports betting. Today, as the organisation’s marketing partnership with Caesars concludes, TS Sports will continue to be operated and overseen by Turning Stone Enterprises and will offer guests the same depth and breadth of wagers they have enjoyed for years.
Te debut of TS Sports coincides with the grand opening of NY Rec & Social Club at Turning Stone.
