Product delivery doesn’t happen in isolation. It involves a constant feedback loop with product, IT, compliance, key account managers, and customer support teams. It also

means working closely with clients from the start and not just during the turnover stage. Te earlier we understand their goals, the better we can align internally to meet them.

Pronet Gaming Flawless Transitions

Rafiq Sheikh, Director of Product Delivery at Pronet Gaming, explains why successful product delivery is more about seamless collaboration and trust than linear execution, likening it to a high-stakes relay where every handoff counts.

RAFIQ SHEIKH Director of Product Delivery, Pronet Gaming

As Director of Product Delivery, I oversee the journey of an idea as it evolves from initial concept into a fully functioning product in the hands of our clients. It’s a role that requires me to have one foot in the strategic side of the business and the other in the operational side. In a fast-moving industry like iGaming, I believe it’s the only way to stay ahead.

Pronet Gaming takes pride in our ability to offer highly customisable, flexible solutions for online operators. Tat level of customisation, while a huge advantage, also brings with it complexity. No two launches are exactly alike, and that’s where strong product delivery becomes critical. Each operator has unique requirements, preferred features, and timelines. My job is to bring it all together into one seamless, timely, and successful “go-live".

GROWING OUR FOOTPRINT IN ASIA

Our recent expansion in Asia has brought exciting new challenges and opportunities for the Product Delivery team. Localisation is no longer an optional add-on; it’s an essential part of the process. From language and currency support to user experience preferences and cultural nuances, we must ensure every product speaks the language of the market it’s entering, both literally and technically. With new clients onboarded in Southeast Asia, our delivery timelines

have had to be as agile as they are robust. We’re seeing a growing appetite for iframe-based sportsbook solutions and custom casino offerings. What this means for product delivery is clear: we must continuously sharpen our processes to maintain quality at speed.

To do this, we’ve enhanced our onboarding playbooks, created more region-specific delivery workflows, and invested in tools that improve transparency for both clients and internal teams. Our goal is not just to deliver projects; it’s to deliver game-changing confidence.

DRIVING INNOVATION IN HOW WE DELIVER

Product delivery at Pronet Gaming isn’t static. We constantly refine how we work by introducing new tools, automating routine tasks, and improving visibility for both clients and teams. By evolving our delivery best practices and adopting smarter processes, we deliver quality at speed, without compromising control.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND PRODUCT DELIVERY

At the heart of our delivery success is our people. Our teams are adaptable, proactive, and driven by a shared sense of ownership. We believe in empowering our people to make decisions, solve problems creatively, and stay fully aligned with our clients’ goals. Tis culture of
