AGEM INDEX


The AGEM Index grew by 162.11 points to 1,903.29 in June 2025, a 9.3 per cent gain from the prior month. Compared to one year ago, the index rose 43.1 per cent, or 573.10 points. During the latest month, 10 of the 12 Index companies reported stock price increases, which resulted in 10 positive contributions and two negative contributions. The largest positive contributor was Konami, whose 16.1 per cent increase in stock price led to an 88.88-point gain to the index. Meanwhile, Aristocrat Leisure saw its stock price increase by 4.4 per cent, leading to a 44.83-point increase. The largest negative contributor to the index was Transact Technologies, whose 3.7 per cent decrease in stock price resulted in a 0.03- point loss to the AGEM Index.


AGEM is an international trade association representing manufacturers of electronic gaming devices, systems, lotteries and components for the gaming industry. The Association works to further the interests of gaming equipment manufacturers throughout the world. Through political action, tradeshow partnerships, information dissemination and good corporate citizenship, the members of AGEM work together to create benefits for every company within the organisation. Together, AGEM and its member organisations have assisted regulatory commissions and participated in the legislative process to solve problems and create a positive business environment.


AGEM MAY 2025 RECAP


1 Tere was not an organised monthly gathering for July 2025, but reports from AGEM Directors of Responsible Gaming and Europe were circulated along with the monthly Vixio Gambling Compliance report. Te next monthly AGEM meeting will take place via Zoom on August 12, 2025, at 8:00 am PST.


2 AGEM attended and sponsored the National Council of Legislators from Gaming States (NCLGS) Summer meeting in Louisville, Kentucky on July 9-12. Te industry gathering of legislators and regulators from key US markets resulted in constructive and information discussions on new market opportunities and challenges for the regulated gaming industry.


3 Nominations for the AGEM Memorial Awards Honoring Jens Halle (for Excellence in Commercial Gaming Professionalism) and Peter Mead (for Excellence in Gaming Media & Communications) are now open. Nominees should have a minimum of 10 years working in the industry and possess the qualities that both men displayed. Te winners will be announced and presented during G2E Las Vegas in October.


4 AGEM is establishing a Europe Committee led by the efforts of AGEM Director of Europe Tracy Cohen. Te committee will meet two-three times per year and

focus on supplier issues and engagement in this important gaming region for AGEM members.


5 AGEM is honoured to be recognised by the East Coast Gaming Congress with a Lifetime Achievement Award at its 2026 event which will take place April 14- 15, 2026 at the Hard Rock Atlantic City in Atlantic City, NJ. Te award is given to key industry leaders and this is the first time an association or organisation has been recognised by this important annual gathering. AGEM is humbled by this recognition and proud to accept it on behalf of its members.
