Perlas. Te Integrated Resort is owned and operated by pachinko manufacturer Universal Entertainment Corporation Japan via its subsidiary Tiger Resort Leisure and Entertainment. Te resort saw 4.3 million visitors during the first nine months of 2023 compared to 2.8 million the same period in 2022. In 2019 resort visitors topped six million.
GGR in 2019 amounted to PhP39.7bn of which PhP19.8bn came from VIP table games, PhP9.6bn from mass market table games and PhP10.2bn from slots. Te first nine months of 2023 saw total revenues at the Okada reach PhP38bn compared to PhP25.6bn for the same period in 2022. EBITDA was PhP9.9bn.

Alliance Global’s property developer subsidiary Megaworld Hotels and Resorts is due to open its 19th hotel and the country’s largest hotel complex within the Westside City development in Entertainment City.
Te 19-storey two tower Grand Westside Hotel will include more than 1,500 rooms and as such will be the biggest hotel development in the country in terms of room keys. It sits beside Solaire Resorts and Casino and follows on from its predecessor the 529-room Kingsford Hotel Manila to be the second home-grown hotel brand to be built inside Westside City. Te first tower was due to open by the end of 2023 and the second tower this year. It is being developed by Suntrust Resort Holdings, a subsidiary of LET Group Holdings (formerly Suncity Group previously headed by Alvin Chau).
Te Westside City development is made up of portions of three parcels of land located at Manila Bayshore Integrated City in Parañaque City covering 31 hectares. It includes business, leisure and entertainment alongside luxury residential resorts Bayshore and SunnyCoast and is currently under construction.
