Of the tax revenue collected from gambling activities, 40 per cent is allocated to the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) for the control and oversight of online betting technology.


Te remaining 60 per cent is distributed equally, with 20 per cent each going to the public treasury, the Ministry of Health’s mental health department, and the Peruvian Sports Institute for the development of sports in Peru.
