ployees knowing customers per- sonally, fostering deep connec- tions and a shared commitment to success. Hinshaw illustrates Green
Circuits’ value proposition with a compelling example from the aerospace sector. Faced with a critical deadline for a highly com- plex PCBA project, Green Cir- cuits’ team collaborated closely with the client, providing rapid, it- erative solutions to address real- time design changes. Through seamless coordination and direct collaboration, Green Circuits not only met but exceeded the client’s expectations, demonstrating the tangible impact of its customer- centric approach. Reflecting on his tenure, Hin-
shaw takes pride in the transfor- mation of Green Circuits’ compa- ny culture, navigating supply chain challenges effectively while fostering growth and innovation. The company’s commitment to ex- cellence is underscored by a myri- ad of certifications, including ISO 13485 and AS9100D for medical and aerospace manufacturing, re- spectively. Desktop HIL Test System
from Bloomy SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — Bloomy Controls, Inc. (BLOOMY®) has in- troduced its desktop BMS™ HIL test system, a new battery-simu- lating test system that brings the rigor and discipline of the hard- ware-in-the-loop (HIL) design val- idation lab onto the individual desktops of multi-person, multi- site development teams. The system increases the ac-
cessibility and convenience of HIL testing, dramatically increasing productivity and reducing time- to-market of battery electrifica- tion development projects, rang- ing from electric vehicles (EVs), drones, and electric vertical take- off and landing (EVTOL) vehicles, to satellites, robots and commer- cial power tools. The desktop BMS HIL test
system is a smaller, more compact and transportable version of BLOOMY’s full and flex BMS HIL test systems. The system simu- lates 12 to 36 battery cells, tem- perature sensors and digital com- munications using real electronic signals. In large applications, such as fully-electric vehicles, these sig- nals simulate a centralized or dis- tributed battery module. Contact: Bloomy Controls,
