Robotic Vision ViTrox continues to improve
manufacturing efficiency with solutions such as its V9i Ad- vanced Robotic Vision (ARV). V9i comprises three main compo- nents: the vision module, COBOT robotic arm, and master control unit. The system’s so- phisticated design and patented all-in-one lighting design, incor- porating motorized vari-angle lighting and UV lighting, en- sures precision, reliability, and excellent inspection results. CAD-less programming reduces program development time sig- nificantly, offering ease of imple- mentation and user-friendly soft- ware. This cutting-edge solution

3D AXI ViTrox’s V810i advanced 3D
X-ray inspection solution (AXI) is fast and reliable, is IPC-CFX- 2591-certified, and is available on the IPC CFX QPL (Qualified Product List). Equipped with a dual-lane
feature, the V810i 3D AXI sys- tem maximizes manufacturing efficiency with up to 40% cycle time improvement. This feature directly addresses pain points by accommodating and inspecting PCBs weighing up to 9.92 lb (4.5 kg) and measuring up to 18 x 8.1 in. (457 x 206 mm) in size to meet diverse production require- ments.
The single lane feature of
the V810i 3D AXI is capable of accommodating board sizes up to 52 x 52 in. (1,320 x 1,320 mm) and weights up to 33.1 lb (15 kg). Its in-house developed algebraic reconstruction technique (ART) with a model of sharp geometric 3D computed tomography (CT) generates high-quality 3D mod- els for BGA joint types, offering a distinctive and precise view of defective joints to detect defects

feature integrated into V-ONE that leverages the Internet of Things (IoT) to conduct seamless process monitoring. ONE View provides closed-loop image trace- ability across ViTrox’s advanced 3D inspection solutions for man- ufacturers to pinpoint defects early in the production process, streamline inspections, and trace the origin of defects to specific components or areas. It offers real-time visualiza-
tion to monitor inspection processes, collecting images for analysis at the ViTrox Verifica- tion Tool Solution (VVTS) Sta- tion with Digital Twin assis- tance.
