He suc- ceeds Michael O’Donoghue, who recently retired. Under his leader- ship, Mr. O’Donoghue adeptly guided IMAPS through the transfer of the headquarters from Washington, D.C. to Raleigh, North Carolina, while expertly navigating it through some challenging times in the industry.
