WALDENBURG, GERMANY — Würth Elektronik is now offering a wide range of SMT inductors with high self-resonant frequency (up to
fRES greater than 10 GHz). The com- pany’s WE-MK inductors — cost- effective RF coils integrated into a multilayer ceramic structure — are available in three sizes, 008004, 01005 and 0201 (0201, 0402 and 0603 metric), and various inductance values from 1 to 470 nH. The WE-MK inductors provide
stable inductance over an operating temperature range of –67 to +257°F (–55 to +125°C) with inductance tol- erances of ±5 percent or ±0.3 nH.
