AURA WORK GLOVE Tornado


Aura is designed for handling sharp or abrasive materials where dexterity is essential. It’s ideal for (but not limited to) Automotive Manufacturing and aftermarket, engineering, metal presswork, construction and glass manufacturing / installation.


Safety Gloves are ranked using the European Standard EN388:2016, which grades a glove for abrasion, cut, tear and puncture resistance. Aura achieves EN388:2016 4X44F - the highest possible score.


PROPERTIES:


• Sharp Shield ballistic reinforcement between thumb and forefinger increases product life by up to 18%. Reinforcement is integral and cannot become detached. The ballistic fibres are the same as those used in bullet proof clothing.


• Palm and fingers reinforced with a selected grade split leather, scientifically treated to enhance wet/dry grip even in oily conditions.


• Clean Polyurethane (CPU) a unique water-based dipping system eliminating residual chemicals from the coating to prevent skin irritation.


• High-Density Polyurethane (HDPu) is a high-viscosity formula for stronger, more comfortable coating, increasing durability to extend product life and reduce costs.


• Tornado’s unique anti-bacterial agent is transmitted onto the hand to ensure good hygiene.


• Aura will not transmit contamination when handling soft-coat or toughened glass earning official approval from the glass industry.

CASTA WHEEL COVER Silicone Hygiene


Castor mounted units are often used by many organisations within hygiene and cleanroom areas. This invention is an aftermarket, injection moulded, fitted and self-sealing Castor Wheel Cover manufactured from clear or coloured Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR), or Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), which makes the cleaning of equipment for use in high level hygiene environments more time efficient and sanitary.


The cover is design to prevent contamination of castor wheels within; food, pharmaceutical, biological, medical, automotive, aerospace, optical, nanotechnology and military industries. As well as laboratory and research facilities.


At the end of a shift, or in the event of contamination, the user can easily remove the cover, put it through a dishwasher or Autoclave, and replace the cover saving valuable time; steam cleaning a four wheeled unit normally takes 12 – 15 minutes, but by using the cover it would only take one cleaning cycle (five minutes) of a dishwasher or autoclave to do the 12 wheels of four units, ensuring the units are fully regulatory compliant.
