NT TACT WET AND DRY

VACUUM CLEANERS Kärcher

Developed for use in the construction trade and industrial environments where there are large volumes of fine dust, Kärcher’s new generation of robust, wet and dry vacuum cleaners in M and H class categories help protect operators against the dangers of dust.

Capable of picking up wet and dry dirt as well as fine dust, with the option to immediately collect it at source thanks to power tool take off, these dust extraction units quickly make achieving maximum cleaning performance easy and safe.

Featuring the new sensor-controlled, automatic filter cleaning system (Tact), the vacuum cleaners detect when the flat pleated filter needs to be cleaned and quickly reverse the air flow, to blow air through the filter, enabling continuous operation for the user without any loss of suction power. They also optimally select the filter cleaning interval, depending on the quantity of dust being vacuumed; enabling large quantities of dust to be collected without the need for manual filter cleaning.

Suitable for collecting large volumes of safe as well as hazardous substances, such as asbestos dust, the PTFE-H flat pleated filter (HEPA 13) used in the H class models is the first cleanable filter in a wet and dry vacuum cleaner for this dust class; with a filtration level of 99.995%.

As well as the outstanding features of our existing NT vacuum cleaners, these new models are available in 110V or 240V and include electronic filter detection and air flow monitoring, so the vacuum cleaner only starts when the filter is correctly installed, which ensures optimal safety for the user.

OBEX ARX HD Milliken

First invented and patented by Milliken OBEX, the new ARX collection features an ultra-durable interlocking modular system made of UV resistant and recyclable PVC, combined with high performance textiles to deliver functional and aesthetically-pleasing entrance flooring solutions.

The innovative ARX HD product line is the second generation of this unique concept based on modularity, function and design, and ease of installation on site.

The collection consists of three products: Prior HD, Tergo HD and Forma HD, which are all offered in both 11 and 16mm thicknesses to meet all architectural requirements for installation in recessed mat wells or surface mounting on the floor, with open or closed construction for outdoor and indoor installations.

• Prior HD incorporates resilient scrapers to remove particulate dirt.

• Tergo HD modules include heavy-duty, solution-dyed textile inserts made from 100% Econyl polyamide monofilaments to provide a strong brushing action to stop dirt and dust in their tracks.

• Forma HD includes a textile insert constructed with two types of Econyl polyamide high quality fibres: multifilaments to capture moisture and monofilaments that provide a tough scraping action against dirt particles carried in from the outside. These unique twisted and heat set yarns provide a superior performance and easy dirt release during the cleaning process.

All three products are designed to be combined and work as a Zone 1 and Zone 2 barrier system, offering great protection for your flooring, which can be further improved with a textile modular tile such as Quadrus as a Zone 3 solution.
