The doseBadge5 is a high-performance wireless noise dosimeter that allows you to make compliant occupational noise exposure measurements, put into place effective control measures and ensure that workers are not exposed to noise levels which will put their hearing at risk.
Powerful yet simple-to-use, the doseBadge5 enables you to gather robust, reliable information that can be used effectively for the assessment of occupational noise exposures. It includes all of the unique features of the original doseBadge such as no controls, cables or displays with a range of new functions and features.
In addition to the four independent channels or integrators (configured to meet any combination of Regulations, Standards or Guidelines), the doseBadge5 now provides real-time octave band analysis over the entire measurement. When combined with the NoiseTools software it allows individual noise sources to be identified, making the selection of hearing protection, quicker and more effective.
The doseBadge5 boasts a wireless app which is iOS and Android compatible. It has enhanced wireless technology to allow the instrument to communicate remotely with the doseBadge5 Wand and the dBLink App. The doseBadge5 Wand allows instruments to be started and stopped without disturbing the wearer. This latest App’s new features includes data-logging facilities that can be specified down to the second.
The doseBadge5 also has intelligent charging with the device controlling its own charger to combat overcharging so it can prolong battery life to more than 12 hours and includes an anti-tamper and vibration device to cut down on anomalies.
