Planning for the unexpected
Before an incident occurs, we do a thorough survey of your facilities, systems, and important assets, to build the critical recovery plan. BELFOR provides clients with preventative measures that can assist with immediate response to incidents, combined with proven recovery solutions to ensure that the return to pre-incident conditions can be delivered efficiently and effectively.
We also create a blueprint of your site, to ensure we know where key locations and assets are, and we review this en-route to your site so we can spring into action as soon as we arrive.
Rapid response
In a disaster situation it is vital to act quickly to mitigate the damage and prevent unnecessary secondary damage. The first 24hrs to 48hrs after a loss are the most critical. However, as extreme weather events, like the storms and floods we’ve recently experienced, become more frequent, there is increasing pressure on existing capacity.
One call to our 24-hour hotline activates your RED ALERT service and, as a priority client, your incident takes precedence, enabling you to jump the queue and get back up and running sooner than the rest.

• Mitigation and Stabilisation – instigate immediate measures to reduce incident impact and prevent secondary damage.
