We work with leading FM companies across the UK, specialising in both daytime and out-of-hours solutions to help them deliver fantastic customer service to their client portfolios.
We are first and foremost a customer service led operation, specialising in inbound and outbound call handling however, as a modern omni-channel contact centre we also provide the following digital services:

The multi-skilled Lemon team can also perform business process outsourcing activities, conducting various administrative tasks and back-office functions.
