Infoo is transforming the way companies manage and keep track of the electrical assets they have scattered across their estates. Following a number of horrific fires in recent years, knowing what you own, the condition items are in, and where they are located, has never been more important. For companies with large residential or student accommodation portfolios, this type of centralised asset register is now a must.
Infoo’s solution uses image capture technology to simplify and automate the way electrical items are added to a company- wide asset register. This solution works equally well for landlord-supplied items or those brought in by tenants or students themselves. For many companies, this will be the first time they see a live inventory of all the electrical products they own in their properties.
Once an item is added to the register, Infoo can then work its magic and enhance the Make, Model, Serial Number and Product Category data with a whole host of other useful and actionable information.
Our RecallChecker solution is built in and runs a continuous live check in the background to identify and remove any recalled and dangerous products from circulation. Tens of millions of recalled products are still out there, and by combining all historical and current data, we now offer the market-leading solution for identifying these dangerous products.
Each item on a register is linked to an exact location, allowing a host of geolocation services to be offered to customers. Knowing things about a product is important, but then knowing exactly where that item is and being able to access it instantly, adds a whole other level of usefulness to that data.
A unique QR code for each item enhances usability further and means information about a product can be accessed both remotely and on-site. Helpful with identifying and tracking faults, repairs, age of products, and PAT tests and warranty checking.
