AXIS PIVOTS TO NEW COMMERCIAL


MANAGER Nationwide commercial cleaning service supplier, Axis Cleaning and Support Services, has appointed Pamela Hamilton as the new Commercial Manager.


Pamela joins Axis following successful roles as Southern Solutions Manager at Mitie and Business Development Manager at InDepth Manages Services.


Her new role as Commercial Manager is to drive new business, build strong client relationships, and to grow the company’s portfolio within the Manufacturing, Food and Transport (MFT) sectors.


Pamela said: “My immediate focus is to secure new opportunities in these key industry sectors and further build our knowledge and reputation among a wider number of high-profile companies. I will also be working very closely with our existing clients, ensuring we are doing everything we can to meet their requirements, and provide a first class service.”

IRISH SALES TEAM BOOST FOR LAUNDRY


SPECIALIST Chemicals manufacturer Christeyns has bolstered its Irish sales team by appointing Victor Kiely as Technical Account Manager.


Kiely, from Cork, will be field-based and provide support across all of Ireland following a six week induction course at Christeyns’ head office in Bradford, UK.


Christeyns has seen significant growth for both its UK and Irish businesses over the past three years, with turnover in Ireland up by 50%. The firm is also developing partnerships with a number of specialist distributors that serve the Small Laundry and Dry Cleaning market.
