The support team of regionally- based, qualified service engineers provides front line cover nationwide
across the UK. They currently manage service contracts worth in excess of over £4million per year, providing secure operability for corporate clients and public sector organisations of all sizes. All SavilleCARE engineers are compliant with current Health & Safety requirements including CSCS Cards, PASMA, First Aid, Fire Safety and Manual Handling. Additionally, all managers and senior engineers have completed the IOSH Managing Safely course.
Sometimes, it is inevitable that equipment may need to be taken off-site for repair. All workshop servicing and repair is undertaken in a controlled professional environment by teams of highly experienced and qualified bench engineers. A dedicated collection and delivery service is available to many parts of the UK.
The proliferation of diverse audio visual and video system requirements, accelerated by the growth of social media and portable devices, has seen a dramatic increase in the workload for AV technicians and communications managers in all sectors.

Using the latest management software from world leading system manufacturers, including Crestron and AMX, all the elements of an installation can be monitored with any operational issues being reported in real time, allowing prompt service requests to be generated.
