The Amptek detectors are high resolution, low-power, com- pact systems used for XRF analysis world-wide. Power is supplied by the PX5, which provides both a variable Digi- tal Pulse Shaping Amplifi er and the MCA function. The Mini-X X-Ray Tube is the fi rst of its kind: a self-contained, miniature X-ray tube system, which includes the X-ray tube, power supply, control electronics and USB communication to the computer. Applications for this system include RoHS/ WEEE, Process Control and Alloy/Lead analysis.
