Extreme Temperatures Require the Most Reliable Equipment

New Sanyo Cooled Incubator: MIR-554

Sanyo’s MIR cooled incubators have been recognised as exceptional units suitable for a wide range of applications such as industrial testing, chemical testing, food industry, microorganism culturing and germination experiments.

Flexibility:

The new MIR-554 cooled incubator offers accurate temperature control and uniformity over a wide range of temperatures, making it suitable for various applications. Which already is well-known from the earlier launched MIR-154 and MIR-254.

Lights timer control:

On-Off programmed timer control for initially equipped fluorescent light (15W x 1pc) is available. Optional light addition kit (MIR-L15) can add three more fluorescent lights into the chamber ceiling, giving approximately 3000 lux. at 30cm below from the light source.

Some of new features are:

• Easy operability by LCD display and pop-up menu with 12 steps and 10 programs

Sanyo Biomedical Business Unit has established a worldwide reputation as a manufacturer of high quality medical equipment over the past forty years. In this period we became the leader in the European Ultra Low Temperature market. In this field Sanyo has set the standard in many aspects. VIP panels, Cool Safe compressors and the world’s first -152°C ULT freezer. Where Sanyo took the initiative, the others followed. Together with the high standard of service they deliver it makes them a major player in the biomedical market.

By working in Europe with one of the leading brands Custom Biogenic Systems, they are able to offer complete solutions for -86°C and cryopreservation storage.

Don’t Worry About Sample Security - Secure Storage with New Dual Cooling System and Intelligent ECO Mode Operation

Extra-Large Capacity, High Performance, Space Saving Ultra-Low Freezer with Improved Energy Consumption

The Twin Guard Dual Cooling System is newly designed to provide the highest level of security for valuable biological samples. Two individually controlled compressors provide a reliable and exceptionally stable -86°C ultra-low temperature environment. In the case of unexpected failure of one of the cooling units, the other circuit will maintain the freezer in the -70°C range, protecting samples until service can be arranged.

The industry’s first “ECO-mode” operation on the MDF-U500VX achieves approximately 15%* energy saving compared to a conventional model. In ECO mode, the microprocessor controller constantly monitors the load status on the freezer to optimise the operation on the two compressors to minimise energy use whilst protecting valuable samples.

Cell Culture CO2 Incubator with Unique H2O2 Decontamination Option

The Sanyo MCO-19AIC CO2 incubator is designed for demanding and regulated applications in the

MDF-U74V

The MDF-U74V -86°C ultra-low freezer feature the new Sanyo Cool Safe™ refrigeration system designed to deliver energy efficient, high performance cooling. The Sanyo microprocessor control system is secure, easy to use, comprehensive and designed for long-term preservation of biological samples. It’s newly developed refrigeration circuit, regulates high stage compressor ON-OFF cycles, resulting in improved energy efficiency by approximately 15%* more than previous models, for a quieter environment.

Featured Sanyo’s revolutionary vacuum insulation cabinet construction (V.I.P.™), the MDF-U74V represents the industry’s most complete combination of refrigeration, control, alarm, monitoring and accessibility for product safety at -86°C. Offering maximum storage volume in the smallest possible footprint. Ideal for material storage in repositories, hospitals, clinics and medical research facilities.

biomedical, pharmaceutical, medical research and clinical laboratory. Representing years of research, development and component testing, the MCO- 19AIC offers outstanding performing and advanced, multi level contamination control to provide the ideal solution for cell culture protocols.

Unlike conventional incubators, the design features

of the MCO-19AIC permit safe use of H2O2 decontamination. This option limits downtime to less than three hours when total chamber

decontamination with verification is desired. All interior components and CO2 sampling loop are decontaminated in situ. There is no need to remove or replace critical components.

The Sanyo single beam, dual detector infrared CO2 sensing system offers unprecedented control accuracy and stability by simultaneously measuring sample and reference wavelengths for continuous auto-zero calibration.
