made this decision, as it is a big disappointment for all of us wanting to sail across the Channel to St Helier and Paimpol, and to our friends organising things in Jersey, our organising team in Paimpol and to our French competitors (we have 27 pre- registered) who almost certainly won’t be able to come to England. Twisters Rompa, La Ina and Fly of Beaulieu racing off Dartmouth

The regatta will start as planned with Dartmouth Classics with the following programme: • Monday July 5th the evening.

• Tuesday July 6th

First day of racing in Start Bay – The Premier Noss on Dart Races Free concert for all in Royal Avenue Gardens starting at 7pm – music by Russell Sinclair and the Smokin’ Locos playing bluesy, soul and rock.

• Wednesday July 7th overnight to Fowey.

The Classic Channel Regatta will then continue with races each day from Fowey to Plymouth and Plymouth to Falmouth where it will end on July 12th

Bay Race. Evening prizegiving and crew supper party. • Thursday July 8th

: Second day of racing in Start Bay – The Salcombe Gin : Afternoon start of The Eddystone Race

: Boats arrive for registration and Welcome Reception in : Parade of Sail in the river off Dartmouth starting at 10.30 am
