South HamsArt S

SUMMER EXHIBITION

ummer is suddenly here! Now we can look forward to long lazy days spent exploring the beautiful coastline of the South Hams enjoying everything the area has to

offer- from picnics on the beach to crabbing in rock pools, from flying kites to surfing the waves - this is the time of year we can enjoy outdoor living at its best. And when you want to cool down, a visit to your local art gallery is a great way to spend an afternoon. Our Summer Exhibition is full of colour and fun – from Simeon Stafford’s joyful beach scenes to Teresa Pemberton’s tropical gardens, from Jerry Browning’s wonderful abstracts to Sam Boughton’s coast inspired landscapes. All our favourite haunts are featured - from the creeks of Noss Mayo and Salcombe to the beaches of Bantham, Bigbury, Thurlestone and South Milton. You will be sure to find a perfect memento for a wonderful holiday.

We also have a secret sculpture garden

where you are welcome to sit and enjoy some peace and quiet away from the madding crowds.
