LEARNING HOW TO MANAGE YOUR IT ASSETS

Managing these assets and their software can be extremely complicated – controlling the applications so you don’t overspend and ensuring you don’t have unlicensed software being used across your estate can be time consuming, manual and very difficult to maintain. “Here’s a familiar

they reuse a license that was assigned elsewhere? Should they have assigned a license that was owned but not utilised? If you find yourself asking these questions, you could fall foul of the software vendors. “We help by looking at your
existing IT assets: what are they, where are they and what applications do they have on them? We consider the licenses you’ve purchased and provide you with
your Effective License Position (ELP) to determine where you need more licenses or if you have too many. This drives cost savings but most importantly, all cost efficiencies within your business.”
