NEW BRAND FOR CARE PROVIDER
The Richardson Partnership for Care, a specialist provider of rehabilitation and residential care for adults with learning disabilities or acquired brain injury in Northampton, has launched a new brand and website. It will now be known as Richardson Care. Laura Richardson-Cheater,
managing partner, said: “After celebrating our 30th anniversary last year, we felt the time was right to update our identity. We realised that over the years, ‘Richardson’ has become the name of our extended family and includes all of the service users and staff within the organisation. It is also a brand encompassing the values that we stand for: high quality care, professionalism and placing the service user at the centre of everything we do. It made sense to focus on our family name and become ‘Richardson Care’ to take us forward in the future.” Richardson Care remains a
family business and is one of the few independently owned and run specialist care providers in the country. It continues to innovate in its approach to supporting adults with complex needs, delivering positive outcomes for the people in its care. Laura added: “We believe
that social inclusion, community participation, dignity and respect, combined with tailored therapeutic input are key to enabling service users to fulfil their potential.” The new website address is

The Grosvenor Group has launched an important new vehicle leasing partnership with Select Car Leasing to offer a Personal Contract Hire (PCH) solution to businesses seeking a leasing solution for employees, family and friends. In recent years, there has been a
24% increase in demand for PCH with company drivers moving away from the traditional company car, instead opting for a personal lease that gives them more choice, greater flexibility and avoids the tax complications caused by issues such as WLTP. Shaun Barritt, Grosvenor’s CEO
said: “This new PCH service has been two years in the making, and of such importance that we’ve appointed a dedicated team within Grosvenor operating from office space which has been co-branded Grosvenor and Select Car Leasing. “It means we
can offer a superb personal leasing solution to Chamber members, either directly to their staff or via staff Affinity schemes. “Key personnel who are long-

CHAMBER NETWORKING PAYS OFF
A firm, which is the bespoke software capability behind some of the country’s most well-known companies, has gained a prestigious client through a key introduction from fellow Chamber member, PCS Business Systems. Nichole Clark, of Transition, and
Tom Wykes from PCS met at a Northamptonshire Chamber networking event over a year ago. The Chamber networking events proved to be the perfect platform to keep in touch in a personal way. PCS had a client who was
looking to equip their onsite workers with the capability to effectively edit construction site blueprints in real time, on their mobile devices. The client also wanted the ability to schedule workers, know their current location; reduce the amount of paperwork required on sites, and minimise manual document handling in the back office; implement a software system that

enabled them to accurately evaluate material usage and complete and share reports company-wide. Nichole said: “Tom introduced
me to the client in July 2019. During a series of meetings we worked together with the client to unpick what would make them more productive. After gaining these pivotal insights, Transition created a roadmap on how to help
the business to move forward. We prototyped an app to give the client confidence that we were the right partner. “We’re thankful to PCS and Northamptonshire Chamber - without them we wouldn’t have had this fantastic opportunity.”
