Andrew is an ibd Accredited Business Adviser who has over three decades’ experience in leading and managing people in highly diverse environments and has worked across the full spectrum of management levels.


In conjunction with formal education he provides training, help, advice and support in leadership and management at all levels of a business management structure.


An experienced, non-executive director, he is able to provide this advice to company directors and other executives on a more strategic outlook on leadership and management.


Andrew is a qualified Adult Mental Health First Aider (England) and will help employers in looking after their employees with poor mental health.


Furthermore, he has many years’ experience of working with individuals who sit on the autistic


spectrum. Andrew will provide an insight into the typical characteristics of these uniquely talented individuals in order that their untapped capabilities can be managed to the benefit of all.


In recognition of his leadership and management capability and experience Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (FInstLM) as well as holding two engineering charterships (Chartered Engineer and Chartered Marine Engineer).
