The TAILS prison program article. The story of how a man (Jason Bertrand) and a dog (Sugar Mama) saved each other is such a wonderful story and my first knowledge of Pit Sisters and Jen Deane. I have been aware of and in touch with Miami Coalition Against Breed Specific Legislation in past years. I just love this story and will send it on to everyone. A Handwritten Letter I picked up a copy of The New Barker at Dog Lovers Tarpon Springs. I enjoyed reading it from cover to cover. The article on losing a pet (by Coleen Ellis) was so inspiring to me. I lost Daisy, my Dachshund, on July 7, 2017. The cover art of

the Dachshund, it could have been my Daisy. She was a gift from my husband, before cancer took his life. After he died, Daisy became my therapy dog. We went everywhere together. Everyone who met Daisy loved her.
Each year, I dressed her in a special outfit and
took her to a photographer to create our Christmas cards. We would send out 150 cards. At five years old, Daisy was diagnosed with
SARDS and went completely blind. It was my turn to guide Daisy. When she passed away, I received 83 sympathy
cards from all of my friends, family and people with whom I do business. People still talk about receiving those
