innovative products and services and this was the case recently as we launched our RDS Black Box – a product that simply could not have existed five or so years ago were it not for an environment that encourages innovation. This unique device is able to consolidate the input data


from multiple devices and platforms to deliver a real-time dashboard. Among other attributes, it can be used by businesses to enhance customer service, reduce internal costs and eradicate errors caused by disjointed systems. The launch event itself brought together many


professionals from all walks of life and at various stages of their careers to hear how it works and enjoy a demonstration. To me, that’s what innovation is all about. Creating, sharing,


talking and inspiring future innovations on the back of it to keep us moving forward. Much as the RDS Black Box wasn’t on the radar five years ago, we’ll be talking about things in five years that haven’t even been thought about now. Our sector, business and the world is changing – at the


forefront of positive change lies innovation. It’s an area that’s hugely important to us here at RDS Global but we’ll never lose sight of why we are doing it – to make a positive difference.
